a little blue

sorry for the lack of updates- it's been a very busy few weeks! went to miami for a few days (more on that later) before heading on a 2 week trip to vietnam and thailand. i can't complain- i've had two and a half weeks of sun, but i came back to non-stop rain in new york...and now i've got the blues.

catching up on work and life, so for now, here is a shoot from black book magazine, with the duskin floral printed dress from spring 10, styled by laurie trott (!) and photographed by viki forshee.

duskin is in the march 2009 issue of elle. jessica alba is on the cover, and we're on page 220. we had so much fun shooting that day, and everyone looks great (with the exception of myself)! thanks, whitney and everyone at elle, for a great write-up! xx

steven alan | duskin spring 09

steven alan was the first retailer to place an order with duskin for spring, and for that i am so grateful. i've always been a fan of the store, and remember back when there was only one. it's great to see their success - they have a look that is all their own, and it serves them well.
their merchandise is very nice, and well chosen, and it appears so is their team. i recently spoke with tiffany iung, and she has just posted the interview on the steven alan journal/blog. please check it out here.
